Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew members. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, guiding them through the dining process, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring efficient and accurate service. Responsibilities and Duties
* Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude, guiding them to available seating within the restaurant. * Present menus, assist guests with meal recommendations (including bundles and promotions), and answer any questions they may have. * Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests and ensure prompt delivery, cross-checking orders with both guests and the kitchen/bar teams to guarantee accuracy. * Input orders into the point-of-service (POS) system and process bill payments efficiently. * Assist in clearing and preparing tables for subsequent guests, including replenishing cutlery and condiments as needed. * Perform any other skill-development or reasonable ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements
* No prior experience is necessary for the Service Crew position, as comprehensive training and guidance will be provided to enthusiastic individuals. * A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within the hospitality industry is highly valued, as our company has a strong history of promoting entry-level team members. * While not mandatory, a valid Food Hygiene Certificate from the relevant local authority (e.g., the Singapore Food Agency in the original context, or its equivalent in Lagos) would be advantageous. If you do not possess one, the company will facilitate the necessary training and certification as part of your onboarding. * Good communication and positive interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting directly with guests and working as part of a team. * A strong sense of responsibility and a keen attention to detail are important for ensuring accuracy in order taking and service. * A sincere willingness to learn and grow with the company, embracing new challenges and opportunities for development. * Flexibility to work a 5 to 6-day weekly roster, which will include weekends and public holidays, with operating hours typically ranging from morning to late evening. * A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment in providing excellent service to guests.
