Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and produce assorted pastries and puddings in accordance with company recipes and SOPs. - Ensure all products are produced with consistency and meet quality standards. - Receive, pack, and store raw ingredients and finished products according to their required temperatures. - Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment properly, following food safety standards and procedures. - Perform basic housekeeping of the central kitchen. - Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of **1 year of experience** as a pastry chef or a central kitchen pastry staff. - A team player with a positive and passionate attitude towards confectionaries. - Able to stand for long hours and work comfortably in a cool room temperature. - Committed to following food safety standards and procedures.

A 6-day work week (48 hours per week), including weekends and public holidays, with rotating shifts.
