Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a diligent Kitchen Assistant to provide high-quality meal services to residents at a rehabilitation center. You will work closely with the chef, participating in daily kitchen operations and ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen environment. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in food preparation and cooking, including cutting ingredients and performing basic culinary tasks. * Wash dishes and kitchen utensils, maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen equipment. * Ensure food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness, strictly adhering to food safety standards. * Assist in managing inventory, ensuring sufficient ingredients for daily operations. * Clean kitchen equipment, maintaining a safe, tidy, and hygienic kitchen environment. * Maintain the cleanliness of workstations and food storage facilities. * Provide meal services to residents of the rehabilitation center.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Primary school sixth-grade education or above. * At least one year of relevant kitchen experience. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Good physical condition, able to handle kitchen equipment and ingredients. * Ability to work rotating shifts (six-day work week) and be available on weekends and public holidays. * Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills. * Basic Food Hygiene Certificate preferred. * Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for the Cook position.
