We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished culinary professional with a substantial background in the food and beverage sector to lead our kitchen operations. This pivotal role demands an individual capable of expertly directing all food preparation processes, crafting innovative and high-quality menus, and ensuring exceptional dish presentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to manage and develop kitchen staff, oversee inventory and ordering, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. This role requires flexibility in working hours and locations, along with a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage and guide the entire food preparation process and related kitchen activities. * Develop menus featuring both novel and established culinary creations, ensuring variety and superior quality. * Review and refine dishes to ensure they meet our standards before serving to customers. * Plan and order necessary equipment and ingredients based on identified needs. * Arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance of kitchen equipment. * Address and resolve any issues or imperfections in food preparation or kitchen operations. * Take full responsibility for the hiring, management, and training of all kitchen personnel. * Supervise and direct the work of subordinate kitchen staff. * Estimate staff workloads and manage compensation-related tasks. * Maintain accurate records of payroll and attendance for kitchen staff. * Ensure strict compliance with all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations. * Cultivate a positive and respectful atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation among colleagues.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 20 years of demonstrable experience within the food and beverage industry. * Willingness to work on holidays, various shifts, and adapt to changes in shift schedules. * Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods. * Adaptability to work across different locations as needed. * Relevant degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
