Description

A lifestyle dining brand founded in 2020 is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards in Western cuisine. The role involves hands-on cooking, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent quality across dishes such as pasta, pizza, steak, and salads. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes including pasta, pizza, steak, and salads * Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff * Ensure adherence to food quality, hygiene, and safety standards * Assist with inventory control, stock management, and kitchen operations * Collaborate with management and team members to maintain efficient service

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Western cuisine * Strong skills in preparing pasta, pizza, steak, and salads * Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with diverse stakeholders * Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities * Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
