Responsibilities and Duties

* Kitchen Management: Take full responsibility for all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution and high standards. * Culinary Oversight: Oversee all dishes from preparation to plating, maintaining consistent quality and presentation. * Team Leadership: Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a collaborative environment. * Menu Development: Conceptualize and develop new, innovative recipes and menus that delight patrons. * Quality & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the kitchen. * Operational Efficiency: Implement strong organizational, supervisory, and time management skills to oversee all kitchen activities efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in a head chef or equivalent senior culinary leadership role. * Demonstrated ability to acquire and apply on-the-job training crucial for career progression in culinary arts. * Exceptional stamina and willpower to endure long hours and standing, with a passion for culinary experimentation. * Extensive knowledge of diverse food products and their availability for effective menu planning. * Excellent organizing, supervising, and time management skills to oversee all kitchen activities effectively.
