We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to oversee kitchen operations across our hawker and food court brands. The role involves managing daily food preparation, supervising junior staff, ensuring food quality, and driving menu R\&D. Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure consistent food quality that meets company standards * Oversee cooking and food preparation duties * Manage food and product ordering, minimize waste, and track inventory * Monitor stock levels and ensure freshness of ingredients * Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards * Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff to meet performance expectations * Maintain positive and professional collaboration with co-workers and customers * Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management * Participate in R\&D for new menu items and concepts * Attend meetings and trainings as required * Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience as Sous Chef or Outlet Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine * Strong kitchen management skills with ability to divide tasks and monitor progress * Proven leadership and communication skills * Knowledge of health and safety standards * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment * Experience in coffeeshop or food court operations preferred * Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
