Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare and bake pizzas based on custom requests from the menu. - Proficiently prepare and bake pizza dough. - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including fried chicken and other menu items. - Monitor food stock, maintain supplies, and place orders as required. - Suggest new recipes to refresh the menu and attract more clients. - Consistently adhere to grooming and appearance standards. - Prepare specific food items and meal components at assigned stations. - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service. - Clean kitchen and equipment before and after food service. - Maintain a safe and sanitary work area in the kitchen. - Conduct stocktaking and order supplies for assigned stations. - Coordinate and cooperate with other kitchen staff to complete tasks efficiently. - Apply and uphold food safety, health, and hygiene regulations. - Regularly inspect and maintain safety equipment. - Report any kitchen incidents or mishaps promptly. - Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties. - Improve food preparation methods based on feedback. - Assist the head chef in various kitchen operations as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pizza and Western Food Chef. - Experience in preparing various dishes, including fried chicken and spaghetti. - Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. - Excellent teamwork and customer-focused attitude.
