The Sales Support role involves providing prompt and professional assistance to customers through various channels, including hotline, email, online chat, and WhatsApp. You will address customer inquiries, escalate issues as needed, and work with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining customer documentation, supporting the registration process, and updating the daily sales report.
Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver prompt and professional customer service across multiple channels, including hotline, email, online chat, and WhatsApp. Address customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate departments for swift resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with organizing and maintaining up-to-date customer documentation. Support the registration process and contribute to updating the daily sales report.
Qualifications and Requirements
Prior customer service experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel). A team-oriented individual with a friendly demeanor and a passion for interacting with people.
