We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team. You’ll be involved in basic ingredient preparation, general kitchen upkeep, and ensuring a clean and organized food prep environment. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

*Support the cook in daily meal preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning fruits, vegetables, meats, and poultry *Reheat and stir soups, sauces, or pre-prepared dishes when required *Clean and sanitize kitchen tools, equipment, and surfaces after use *Organize food items and kitchen supplies in proper storage areas, including the cold room and pantry *Ensure proper food handling and hygiene standards are met at all times *Carry out miscellaneous kitchen-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Qualifications and Requirements

*Willing to work on a split-shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays *Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and a willingness to learn *Maintains a positive attitude and works well with others in a team setting *Good communication and interpersonal skills *Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate
