We are in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented culinary leader to take charge of our kitchen operations. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring all culinary activities run smoothly—from managing equipment and staff to planning meals and maintaining food quality. This role is perfect for someone who is not only passionate about food but also enjoys leading a team and solving problems under pressure.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Organize, monitor, and ensure proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment. *Recruit, onboard, and manage the performance of all kitchen personnel. *Address customer concerns or operational issues quickly and effectively. *Oversee daily food preparation tasks and kitchen workflow. *Revise existing menus or introduce new items that align with the restaurant’s standards and customer expectations. *Forecast and calculate kitchen needs, including ingredient quantities, staffing, and costs. *Provide guidance to kitchen staff and supervise daily culinary activities to ensure consistency and quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience in a culinary leadership role or similar position in a professional kitchen. *Strong ability to manage a team and resolve staff or customer-related issues with professionalism. *Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, especially under time pressure. *Knowledge of kitchen equipment usage and maintenance procedures. *Ability to develop creative and appealing menu options. *Skilled in planning, budgeting, and cost control in a kitchen environment. *Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style.
