Description
A food and beverage group dedicated to preserving and celebrating Peranakan culture is seeking a Service & Cuisine Crew Leader. The role combines service excellence with hands-on support in Peranakan cuisine preparation, ensuring memorable dining experiences rooted in heritage and hospitality. Responsibilities and Duties
* Assist in preparing traditional Peranakan dishes including kueh, sambal, curries, and daily specials * Support chefs with ingredient preparation such as chopping, marinating, and plating * Provide excellent customer service in both dine-in and takeaway settings * Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations * Assist with festive events and Tok Panjang banquets * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and service areas
Qualifications and Requirements
* Interest in Peranakan cuisine and culture (training provided) * Basic kitchen or F&B service experience preferred, but not required * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail * Team player with positive, service-oriented attitude * Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
