Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on individual to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests, while leading and developing a dedicated team. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of food and service, and in the overall success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow. * Coordinate and supervise all aspects of service, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive and memorable experience. * Monitor the quality of food and beverages, ensuring they consistently meet our exacting standards. * Manage inventory, order necessary supplies, and oversee budgetary and financial aspects of the restaurant. * Lead, train, and motivate a team of waitstaff, cooks, and other restaurant personnel. * Handle customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback with professionalism and tact. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities. * Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. * Flexibility to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team. * Solid understanding of health and safety regulations pertinent to food service.
