Responsibilities and Duties

- Kitchen Maintenance and Support: - Perform general kitchen duties to support daily operations. - Maintain kitchen supplies, equipment, and work areas in optimal condition. - Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen. - Food Preparation Assistance: - Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, including cutting vegetables, meat, and fruits. - Additional Duties: - Perform any additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience: - At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is preferred. - Certifications: - Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is required. - Work Requirements: - Availability to work a 6-day work week. - Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Compensation: - Salary is negotiable and based on years of relevant experience.
