Sales Manager

Description

This position is for a Sales Manager at Allied Food, a company specializing in the distribution of high-quality flour and sugar to local businesses, with a focus on Japanese and Korean products. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence. * Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and partnering with them. * Identify emerging market trends and competitive landscapes. * Manage relationships with bulk flour and sugar customers to foster mutually beneficial partnerships. * Drive the achievement of service delivery metrics for both bulk and pre-packaged products, collaborating with relevant teams. * Achieve sales targets through the implementation of effective sales and marketing initiatives. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers, interacting with business partners and providing expert guidance to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company standards. * Develop comprehensive business plans and sales/marketing strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability. * Deeply understand sales strategies and plans to ensure sustainable business growth and continuous sales increases. * Conduct thorough market research to identify unmet customer needs and develop value-added solutions to increase sales revenue. * Foster close relationships with distributors to support their sales activities. * Analyze market conditions and potential in each territory to effectively focus business development efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a strong preference for experience in bakeries and restaurants. * In-depth knowledge of flour and food products. * Fluency in both spoken and written Korean. * Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license and a personal vehicle. * Proven track record of success as a Sales Manager, consistently exceeding sales targets. * Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all levels within an organization. * Proven ability to close sales deals, exceed sales quotas, and successfully generate revenue. * Strong business acumen and industry expertise. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations.
