Head/Senior Barista

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ability to come up create, execute a holistic coffee and beverage program at multiple outlets * Report to and support the Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor in his / her duties in running the Outlet(s) * Train and inspire the new members of the barista team to the standards of the company * Work with other baristas to develop new beverage menu items with recipes and processes based on seasonal changes and demands for all outlets * Ensure that all beverages are prepared and served with outstanding quality and presentation, adhering to the recipe, process and presentation standards at all times * Adhere to the workflows and processes implemented by the Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor * Serve all food and beverages with a positive attitude and impeccable service * Work cohesively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations of the Outlet * Constantly check and handle basic customer feedback regarding quality and presentation of food and beverages * Perform daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to cleaning and disinfecting designated and common areas as well as cleaning and performing preventive maintenance on service equipment * Maintain high standards of hygiene & cleanliness in the front of house at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

* Min 3 years experience in senior barista role * Strong interest and knowledge in coffee, from sourcing to roasting and brewing * Speaks well, great communicator and looks confident * Need to be able to travel around our different stores

* 5days work week/44 hours

* $300 yearly allowance for medical and wellness (after probation) * 13mth Bonus issued in 0.5mth (Jul) + 0.5mth (Jan)
