Responsibilities and Duties

* Recruit, interview, and train staff. * Maintain safety and food quality standards. * Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints. * Organize schedules and track employee hours. * Order supplies within budget. * Supervise daily shift operations (front and back of house). * Control operational costs and reduce waste. * Appraise staff performance and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in the food and beverage sector. * A relevant degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field. * Flexibility to work holidays, varied shifts, and adapt to changing schedules. * Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods. * Ability to travel and work across multiple restaurant locations. * Proven experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management. * Strong understanding of financial management and cost control. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
