Responsibilities and Duties

*Support the kitchen manager with daily kitchen operations and workflow *Assist in recruiting and interviewing kitchen staff for operational roles *Provide training, coaching, and ongoing guidance to kitchen team members *Plan and update weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage *Monitor cleanliness and hygiene at all food counters and stations *Conduct monthly inventory checks and support stock control *Uphold safety practices and cleanliness using the 5S system *Ensure all food handling and preparation complies with safety standards

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience in a kitchen or food service leadership role preferred *Strong organizational and people management skills *Ability to maintain hygiene, safety, and inventory systems *Familiarity with 5S or similar workplace organization standards is an advantage *Positive attitude, dependable, and hands-on approach to work
