Responsibilities and Duties

・Prepare and cook a variety of Western-inspired/cafe dishes. ・Ensure the quality and consistency of food items, following recipes and presentation standards. ・Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace. ・Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to ensure freshness of ingredients. ・Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food preparation and handling. ・Work efficiently during busy periods, maintaining a high standard of food production.
