Responsibilities and Duties

- Support the Service Operations Manager and act in their absence - Assist in preparing staff schedules aligned with budgets and service standards - Contribute to monthly financial targets via forecasting, cost control, and action planning - Stay updated on company policies, local regulations, and industry trends - Represent the department in F&B and inter-departmental meetings - Facilitate staff training programs and identify development needs - Lead daily briefings and monthly team meetings - Supervise opening and closing procedures - Monitor staff grooming, hygiene, and performance - Collaborate with the Chef on menu briefings, food quality, and presentation - Work with other departments to resolve service issues - Maintain updated menus and oversee displays, trolleys, and flower arrangements - Welcome and engage guests to ensure a memorable dining experience

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B operations or restaurant management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and motivational abilities - Knowledge of industry trends and commitment to high service standards - Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality
