Responsibilities and Duties

* Project Management: Manage various projects within the food and beverage industry to ensure successful outcomes. * Operational Oversight: Oversee workers and assistant supervisors within designated kitchen operations, ensuring a high level of productivity and that all deadlines are met. * Team Leadership: Guide the team to achieve five-star service and maintain a high level of productivity. * Problem Resolution: Assist the manager in settling ad-hoc issues and liaise with other department heads when problems arise. * Cleanliness & Safety: Carry out assigned cleaning duties to ensure hygienic, sanitary, and safe food handling conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or relevant role within the F&B industry. * Strong leadership and project management skills. * Proven ability to manage and supervise a team, ensuring high productivity. * Excellent communication skills to liaise with managers and other department heads. * A strong commitment to maintaining hygienic, sanitary, and safe work conditions. * Willingness to work night-shift duty.
