Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and execute dishes within your designated kitchen area, maintaining impeccable quality and safety standards. * Adhere to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring consistent food production and portion control. * Implement effective food storage and labeling practices to minimize waste and spoilage. * Uphold the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Three to five years of proven experience in a similar culinary role, ideally with exposure to modern Chinese cuisine. * In-depth knowledge of your specific culinary expertise, such as wok cooking, steaming, dim sum preparation, barbecue, or butchery, along with general culinary functions. * Experience contributing to a restaurant's pre-opening phase is a plus. * A reliable and collaborative team player. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Thorough understanding and practical application of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and holidays.
