F&B Service Crew (Western Cuisine)

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide excellent guest experience through attentive and friendly service * Take, prepare, and serve food and beverage orders * Operate cash register and handle payments accurately * Ensure display counters are well stocked, clean, and visually appealing * Maintain workstation cleanliness in line with hygiene and sanitation standards * Follow outlet procedures to ensure efficient service flow * Assist in daily opening and closing duties * Perform other ad-hoc tasks based on operational needs

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (cafe, restaurant, or related setting preferred) * Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude * Able to work weekends and public holidays * Good communication and teamwork abilities * Willingness to work rotating shifts

5.5 days per week, Rotating shifts between 7am and 10pm, 44 hours per week.
