Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure accurate and consistent cooking practices and presentation. - Maintain optimal kitchen and store cleanliness, kitchen safety, and food hygiene. - Control costs and minimize food wastage. - Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year relevant experience - Food Hygiene Certificate - Prior Italian cuisine experience is a plus

Working hours

Ability to work a 5.5-day roster per week.
