Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and present food items to the highest standards of quality, appearance, and consistency, following established recipes. * Efficiently complete assigned prep work and presentation tasks within designated timeframes. * Maintain a continuous flow of prepared food from the prep area to service. * Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and organized food production. * Assist in verifying the accuracy and quality of incoming food supplies and other necessary items. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment at all times, adhering to cleaning schedules. * Ensure all sanitation solutions meet company standards and that all utensils, dishes, and equipment are clean and sanitized. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations. * Work with the Sous Chef to develop innovative ideas for your designated section. * Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your culinary skills and knowledge. * Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of four years of kitchen experience, with at least one year as a Demi Chef De Partie. * Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions in English. * Capability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. * Knowledge of international health and safety standards for food preparation. * Successful completion of all required job-related assessments. * Ability to perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work.
