Director, Sales

Description

This position offers a leadership role within the automotive industry, focusing on driving sales success at both the retail and importer levels. The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and optimizing showroom operations, setting and achieving sales targets, and developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Lead and optimize the performance of the retail showroom and sales team. * Set ambitious sales targets, develop effective commission structures, and drive results. * Manage the company's participation in Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding processes, including pricing strategies and sales tactics. * Develop and execute short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategic sales plans. * Serve as the primary liaison with headquarters, overseeing the product portfolio and supply chain.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a management role. * Proven success in the automotive retail industry with in-depth industry knowledge. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * A results-oriented approach with a customer-centric mindset. * Proficiency in the German language is considered a valuable asset for communication with headquarters.
