Service Crew (Restaurant)

Description

This role focuses on providing direct customer service in a restaurant setting, ensuring accurate order taking, high-quality food and beverage service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The individual will contribute to the smooth operation of their assigned section and participate in continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Accurately take customer orders and efficiently deliver food and beverage items. * Monitor the quality and quantity of all served food and beverages to ensure consistency and satisfaction. * Provide consistently courteous and professional service to all guests. * Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the designated service area. * Assume shift responsibilities and be accountable to superiors for the smooth operation of the assigned section or area. * Attend roll call and all training sessions as directed by the Training Department, Human Resources, or the Manager. * Adhere to established operational procedures and suggest improvements to superiors.
