Responsibilities and Duties

* Cuisine Preparation: Prepare various dishes and ingredients, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. * Kitchen Management: Oversee kitchen operations, manage inventory effectively, and minimize food wastage. * Hygiene & Safety: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in full compliance with food safety regulations. * Team Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with chefs and the entire kitchen team to create and execute menus seamlessly. * Operational Support: Contribute to the smooth daily functioning of the kitchen.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cook, preferably with knowledge of Chinese cuisine. * Possession of WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate or a Refresher Food Safety Course Certificate is preferred. (If you do not have this, we can sponsor the 1-day Food Safety Course upon successful interview.) * Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and best practices in food handling. * Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
