We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Kitchen Crew members, contributing to the preparation and sale of authentic Japanese sushi. This role involves assisting with various food preparation tasks, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring adherence to the highest food safety and hygiene standards. The ideal candidates will be efficient, service-focused, and possess a positive working attitude, with the ability to work flexibly across different shifts.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in the preparation of food items, including tasks such as washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients. * Prepare and serve a variety of Japanese sushi dishes to customers. * Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces. * Ensure that all ingredients and supplies are properly stocked and well-organized. * Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Must hold a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate. * Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Possess a guest-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing excellent service. * Exhibit a responsible and positive attitude towards work and colleagues. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed. * Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.
