Responsibilities and Duties

・Assist chef with food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and marinating. ・Help with cooking simple dishes under the supervision of our chef. ・Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly. ・Carry out kitchen inventory checks, and report shortages to the management. ・Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Working hours

・6 days / 50 hrs per week including OT / 7am-7pm (operating hours)
