Responsibilities and Duties

* Recruit, train, and supervise team members to foster collaboration and high morale * Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for staff development * Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest feedback professionally * Manage day-to-day operations including opening/closing procedures * Monitor inventory levels, manage supply orders, and minimize wastage * Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards * Supervise food and beverage service quality, presentation, and consistency * Conduct inspections to uphold sanitation and service excellence * Collaborate with management to implement strategic growth plans * Identify opportunities for operational improvements and innovation

Qualifications and Requirements

* 5–8 years of F&B experience, with proven ability to run outlets of 100–150 covers * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Solid knowledge of front-of-house operations and F&B service standards * Energetic, passionate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment * Guest-oriented mindset, ensuring memorable dining experiences
