We're seeking a dynamic and experienced culinary leader to join our team as an Executive Sous Chef. Responsibilities and Duties

* Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere, demonstrating exceptional people management skills. * Actively participate in the creation of new menu items and maintain accurate cost analysis for all dishes. * Oversee kitchen inventory, ensuring proper dating and organization of all food products for optimal quality. * Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and management on supply ordering, cost control, kitchen efficiency, and staffing. * Ensure all food preparation and presentation adheres strictly to recipes and standard operating procedures, meeting brand quality standards. * Proactively address and resolve guest concerns and complaints. * Train and onboard new kitchen staff, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship. * Maintain rigorous purchasing, receiving, and food storage standards. * Uphold high standards for staff grooming and hygiene. * Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning, reporting any issues promptly. * Support the company's expansion initiatives.
