Prepare and run daily operations of the bar

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Prepare and run daily operations of the bar by ensuring stocks, hygiene and quality consistently 2. Come up with standard and fool-proof SOP for drinks and bar food preparations and serving 3. Work with Outlet Managers and the Service Team to ensure sales target achievement and customers' satisfaction

1. Energetic, dynamic, cheerful and engaging with good social skills 2. Independent and creative in term of creating and improving the bar products 3. Has impressive knowledge on classic and creative cocktails, Sake and wine
