Description
A food and beverage establishment is seeking a Dim Sum Chef to prepare, cook, and present Dim Sum dishes to high standards of quality and consistency. Responsibilities and Duties
* Prepare and cook Dim Sum dishes according to set standards * Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning * Contribute to daily menu items, seasonal specials, and promotional dishes * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, tools, and preparation areas * Follow food safety regulations and kitchen protocols * Assist the Head Chef and management with additional culinary tasks
Qualifications and Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Dim Sum preparation * Strong culinary skills with a passion for food * Reliable, proactive, and a team player * Professional grooming and workplace conduct * Ability to read and follow recipes written in Chinese
