Our client, a provider of innovative liquidity infrastructure for the evolving world of decentralized finance (DeFi), seeks a CPA-certified Financial Analyst. This role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, managing budgets and cash flow, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in the company's growth by developing impactful financial dashboards, informing strategic decisions, and evaluating partnerships to support long-term objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Maintain precise and current financial records through diligent bookkeeping practices. * Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity aligns with business goals. * Develop and manage budgets, financial models, and revenue projections, contributing to strategic growth and financial stability. * Analyze financial data from cryptocurrencies and DeFi protocols, providing actionable insights to support decision-making and ensure transparent financial reporting. * Prepare and manage comprehensive financial reports, including performance metrics, to track the company’s financial performance. * Manage invoice processing, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial policies and deadlines. * Design and present clear and informative financial dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key financial information to internal and external stakeholders. * Collaborate with leadership to assess and evaluate potential partnerships, providing financial analysis to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required. * Three to five years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a comparable role, ideally within the technology, fintech, blockchain, or DeFi sectors. * Experience at a reputable accounting firm is highly desirable. * Strong expertise in preparing and managing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. * Thorough understanding of bookkeeping principles, cash flow management, and financial processes. * Experience with invoice processing, expense tracking, and ensuring financial compliance. * Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines effectively, and perform well under pressure. * Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
