Responsibilities and Duties

* Plan, prepare, and cook dishes in line with recipes and quality standards * Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control * Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance * Manage stock, order supplies, and minimize wastage * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene regulations * Support menu planning, costing, and development of seasonal specials * Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures * Collaborate with management to meet event and catering requirements * Uphold Halal and food safety standards where applicable

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience, including supervisory roles * Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred * Valid Food Hygiene Certificate required * Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques * Proven leadership and organizational skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
