SALES MANAGER

Description

This role focuses on driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets through effective sales team management, strategic planning, and building strong customer relationships. The position involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales team performance, and analyzing market trends.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Achieve or surpass sales targets through effective leadership and management of the sales team. * Develop and implement a strategic business plan aimed at expanding the customer base and establishing a significant market presence. * Manage the recruitment, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives. * Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by acting as a partner and understanding their specific needs. * Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic and data-driven forecasts, to the management team. * Identify emerging market opportunities and shifts in market dynamics while staying informed about new products and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. * Proven experience in sales and sales management. * Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. * Ability to analyze data and create sales forecasts. * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
