Responsibilities and Duties

- Solve problems and make operational decisions at the store level. - Set up the workstation for service preparation. - Ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. - Coordinate food service, take customer orders, and serve food. - Maintain quality standards for all menu items. - Lead and host guests to deliver excellent customer experience. - Upsell menu items and promote current deals or new offerings. - Collaborate with a diverse and multicultural team. - Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

- No prior experience required; training provided. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Passionate about customer service and teamwork. - Willingness to work weekends and public holidays. - Candidates with relevant F&B experience may be offered higher positions.
