Responsibilities and Duties

* Design and curate elegant fine-dining menus that celebrate the genuine essence of Chettinad cuisine. * Manage and coordinate the daily workflow and activities within the kitchen. * Mentor, guide, and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and skilled team. * Strategize and execute the entire food preparation process, ensuring efficiency and consistency. * Produce consistently superior dishes that meet and exceed quality expectations. * Maintain seamless kitchen operations, adhering to established standards to elevate guest satisfaction. * Demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge regarding beverages and cocktails, complementing the dining experience. * Scrutinize and evaluate the quality of produce, including fruits, vegetables, and seafood. * Calculate and forecast ingredient needs for accurate purchasing.
