Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage the workflow and operations at our facilities. This is a multifaceted role that goes beyond simply overseeing tasks. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting a team, ensuring smooth operations, and acting as a key point of contact between staff and senior management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage and direct the daily workflow and operations within the facilities. * Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and development. * Act as a liaison between team members and upper management, effectively communicating information and addressing concerns. * Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. * Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal guidelines. * Learn and understand various job descriptions within the facilities to effectively manage and support staff. * Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. * Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated experience as a supervisor or in a similar leadership role. * Solid understanding of company policies and relevant legal regulations. * Ability to quickly learn and comprehend diverse job roles within the facilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
