* Create and schedule engaging content (videos, posts) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). * Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, inquiries, and feedback. * Stay abreast of social media trends and suggest innovative content strategies to enhance audience engagement. * Address customer inquiries effectively through various channels (phone, email, social media). * Process sales orders, issue invoices, and maintain accurate sales records. * Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers, offering personalized product recommendations. * Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. * Facilitate communication between departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. * Identify and pursue potential international business partners. * Coordinate with logistics teams to fulfill export requirements, including documentation and shipping. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors and clients to expand global market reach. * Maintain accurate client databases and diligently follow up on sales leads. * Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
