Reporting to either the Senior Outlet Chef or the Outlet Chef, the Chef De Partie will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and overall kitchen operations across various locations in Singapore.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the supervision, training, and guidance of junior kitchen personnel in their daily tasks. * Ensure that the quality and consistency of all food preparations are consistently maintained. * Efficiently manage the preparation of mise-en-place and the production of food items. * Oversee the management of inventory, including tasks such as stock ordering, receiving deliveries, and recording any wastage. * Conduct monthly inventory stock checks to guarantee accuracy in records. * Collaborate closely with the Senior Outlet Chef or Outlet Chef to identify and implement improvements in kitchen workflow and efficiency. * Maintain high personal standards of grooming, hygiene, and ensure adherence to food safety protocols within the team. * Ensure the general cleanliness of the kitchen and the proper upkeep of all equipment. * Undertake any additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A genuine enthusiasm for culinary excellence, coupled with previous experience in a similar Chef De Partie role. * Strong collaborative spirit and leadership skills necessary to effectively guide junior team members. * The capacity to perform effectively in a high-speed kitchen environment while maintaining superior standards. * A solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
