We are hiring a Kitchen Lead / Operations Assistant to support a baby food production facility in Tanah Merah. The role involves managing daily operations, assisting with food preparation, supporting brand growth, and leading the kitchen crew when required. Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow * Support internal and external teams in brand development and growth * Lead kitchen crew when needed * Carry out ad-hoc operational duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

* Valid Food Hygiene Certification * Strong organizational skills and positive attitude * Physically fit to handle kitchen ingredients * Willingness to learn cooking and kitchen processes * Comfortable with simple computer tasks

5 days per week, 10:00 am – 7:30 pm (including weekends, rotating 2 days off weekly)
