We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our pastry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated section in the pastry kitchen, producing high-quality desserts and baked goods, and supporting junior team members in a fast-paced F&B environment. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare daily mise-en-place and production for the pastry section * Ensure proper storage and handling of food at correct temperatures * Assist with decorating and presenting desserts to high visual standards * Maintain consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all pastry items * Support team in managing special dietary requirements and guest requests * Enforce hygiene standards and clean workstations at shift end * Monitor pastry inventory and report shortages; ensure proper stock rotation * Assist with coaching and briefing junior pastry staff * Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 3–4 years of professional pastry kitchen experience, including 1–2 years in a Demi Chef or similar role * Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English * Strong multi-tasking and time management skills in fast-paced settings * Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and international kitchen standards * Able to coach junior staff and maintain discipline and cleanliness * Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle up to 25kg loads
