We are looking for a seasoned and driven Head Chef with a strong background in Chinese cuisine to take charge of kitchen operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining top-quality food standards, managing kitchen workflows, leading staff, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety protocols. Responsibilities and Duties

*Maintain high standards for dish quality, taste, and presentation *Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all kitchen equipment is functional and well-maintained *Oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and timely food delivery *Develop a deep understanding of the full menu and ensure accurate execution by all kitchen staff *Conduct pre-service checks to ensure readiness for daily operations *Lead department briefings and communicate key updates to the kitchen team *Handle administrative duties related to staff departures, including terminations and resignations *Ensure the kitchen adheres to 5S principles and complies with HACCP food safety standards *Take on additional tasks as delegated by senior management

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Chinese cuisine in a professional kitchen *Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to manage kitchen staff *Expert knowledge in authentic Chinese culinary techniques and nutrition-based cooking *Excellent time management and multitasking abilities *Well-organized, dependable, and capable of maintaining structure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
