Restaurant Supervisor

Description

This role involves delivering exceptional guest service in a restaurant setting, ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience. The individual will interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment, all while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure a consistently positive and enjoyable dining experience for all guests. * Interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, prioritizing their satisfaction. * Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant's concept and offerings. * Engage with guests to assist them in making informed food and beverage choices. * Serve food courses and beverages to guests with accuracy and efficiency. * Clear used plates and utensils, and clean tables as needed to maintain a tidy dining area. * Accurately enter orders into the system, deliver food and beverages, and process payments. * Contribute to achieving company objectives in sales, service quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness. * Create a positive and productive work environment. * Manage time effectively with minimal supervision. * Support Managers and/or Supervisors in ensuring all restaurant staff adhere to established service standards. * Practice effective communication management. * Experience with Italian cuisine is considered a valuable asset.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven ability to provide excellent customer service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * A positive and proactive attitude. * Familiarity with restaurant service procedures. * Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus.
