Service Crew

Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our team, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the smooth operation of our business. You'll be involved in various aspects of service, from assisting customers and handling orders to maintaining our environment and supporting events.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for both customers and staff, adhering to all relevant standards. * Provide attentive and helpful service to customers, including assisting with collections, walk-in purchases, and responding to inquiries via email and social media. * Maintain the organization and presentation of the service area and retail stock. * Assist in the accurate and efficient packing of orders and coordination of deliveries. * Support sales and marketing activities, including processing stockist orders and coordinating their fulfillment. * Manage inventory records and ensure the POS system is updated with the latest product information. * Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external events, including setup and cleanup of event spaces. * Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring the café area is well-stocked, clean, and operational. Handle cash transactions and related financial paperwork. * Assist retail customers with queries and help them select products that meet their needs.
