Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and attending to their needs effectively. * Assist customers in understanding foot health issues and recommend appropriate solutions. * Actively promote and sell our range of high-quality foot health care products. * Assist with daily store operations, including maintaining the POS system and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized. * Support the company's e-commerce operations within the store environment. * Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, including our patented computerized foot screening machine. * Embrace opportunities for professional development and stay updated on the latest advancements in foot health. * Be willing to perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
