Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations with a hands-on approach * Lead,coach,and schedule Front of House staff for smooth shift execution * Oversee opening and closing duties,stock levels,cleanliness,and safety checks * Handle guest feedback promptly,professionally,and with warmth * Support bar operations when needed,ensuring high-quality drink service and consistency * Train bar staff on recipes,hygiene standards,and guest engagement * Drive sales through upselling,promotions,and events * Collaborate with marketing to boost reviews,foot traffic,and local presence * Monitor revenue,costs,and labor efficiency to meet financial targets * Develop initiatives such as loyalty programs and special promotions

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or bar management * Bartending background with strong beverage knowledge * Passion for hospitality,service excellence,and team motivation * Strong leadership,organizational,and communication skills * Proficiency in POS systems,inventory management,and cost controls * Ability to work flexible hours,including weekends and public holidays
