Cafe Manager

Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage day-to-day operations of the café * Recruit, train, and supervise café staff * Prepare weekly staff schedules and arrange replacements when necessary * Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory and supply orders * Maintain updated financial records, including daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses * Resolve customer complaints related to service or product quality * Provide excellent F&B service and ensure guest satisfaction * Identify strategies to retain and attract customers * Oversee store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards * Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of relevant managerial experience in F&B * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Customer service oriented with excellent communication abilities * Ability to manage schedules, train staff, and handle operations independently * Proficiency in basic record-keeping and cost management * Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays when required
